MED – TREK has been serving medical laboratories, home healthcare agencies, hospitals, bloodbanks and pharmaceutical distributors since 2007. We provide holiday, weekend and after hours service. We understand patients do get ill on Christmas at 04:00. Our on call drivers respond to both routine and STAT calls in the allotted timeframe. Our services include: on demand courier services, scheduled delivery service, next day delivery, dedicated route service and temporary staffing service.
Each vehicle is equipped with specimen transport containers and each driver carries a specimen transport bags to carry their specimens from the client to the car where it is transferred. Because we understand patient care we call all patients prior to making residential pharmaceutical or DME deliveries. We let the patient know when to expect the delivery and we never leave packages at the door without the consent of the patient or the customer.
